Welcome to Sumenime! We are developers based in Santiago, Chile.
Since 2023, we manually develop and release nonviolent, creative and innovative digital products for desktop and mobile, with passion and love for people of all ages and we will always target that kind of audience.

For example, if access to an already purchased one of our products was lost, we can help by receiving a proof or receipt of purchase to verify it, and then offer a solution. For privacy and security purposes, any individual message in our contact email inbox is automatically permanently removed 30 days after the time of receipt.
Important Information
The only official account that we currently have, is this itch.io account, and we do not have any social media accounts. Any other account or user that has or contains the name Sumenime on any other websites, platforms or social media, may be an impersonation attempt that should be immediately reported.
Privacy Policy and Other Information
At Sumenime, we care about user privacy and security for all ages, so ourselves and our products will never collect or share any private user data or ask for personal information.
None of our free or paid products has access or permission for local or online communication via internet, account registration or additional verifications (such as age or license agreements) are not required to use our products and these can be used completely offline. There are not end-user license agreements (EULA), terms of services (ToS), external links, advertisements, in-app purchases, hidden paid subscriptions, downloadable contents (DLC) or digital rights management (DRM) measures in our products.
All custom data created in our products (for example, save data or custom levels) is locally saved on the device that was used to create it, with options to manage and erase the data. That means that nobody else, not even ourselves, has access to that data.
Since we host and distribute our content on itch.io, the itch.io Privacy Policy also applies for more details like external payment processors and providers, but that does not necessarily apply to our products inside and we do not manage that policy.
